State Tournament Meeting / Necessary Items to be Submitted:
The State Tournament Coaches meeting will take place on February 16, 2020, 11:00 am, at the Newton Marriott, 2345 Commonwealth Ave., Newton, MA. All teams should have a representative at this meeting to ensure the payment of the entry fee and to submit the information below. If your team can not make the meeting, please contact Tim McMahon prior to February 16, 2020 to make arrangements to complete the necessary tasks.
On or before Friday, February 28, 2020 we request that you submit the following information to Tim McMahon @
mcmahon@mahockey.org:

a color team photograph (electronic copy);

a team logo (electronic copy);

a list of you players' names and jersey numbers;

a list of your team's coaches and manger(s) with cell phone numbers and email addresses; and
-
permission to use your team's picture and players' names in the program and on our website/FaceBook page.

Directions to the Rink:
Westfield is located just south of I-90 (Mass Pike) at the intersection of US-20 and US-202/Rt-10 in south central Massachusetts, approx. 10 miles west of Springfield and approx. 95 miles southwest of Boston.
From I-90/Massachusetts Turnpike: I-90/MA Tpk. to Rt-10/US-202 exit 3. After the toll booths, go south (right) on Rt-10/US-202 about 1.7 miles to where Rt-10/US-202 turns right. At this point, continue straight (onto Broad St.) about 1/2 mile and Amelia Park Arena will be on your right. Go straight after you turn in the driveway and follow the drive around to the front of the arena.
